 Today in Sanaa, the handicap  Care and Rehabilitation Fund launched a project to disburse prosthetic devices, medical supplies, and educational aids to people with disabilities at a cost of two billion riyals.
 The project contains wheelchairs, artificial limbs, mobility aids, headphones, medical supplies, and educational aids.”
 At the inauguration, the caretaker Minister of Social Affairs and Labor - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled, Obaid bin Dubay, pointed out the importance of inaugurating the project, which benefits thousands of people with disabilities.
 Minister Bin Dubeay pointed out that caring for and rehabilitating the disabled is a collective responsibility
 For his part, Caretaker Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Salim Al-Mughalis, praised the greatness of the humanitarian and charitable project carried out by the Disabled Fund in the last ten days of Ramadan, with an amount of two billion riyals, benefiting the disabled in the capital and governorates.
 He considered the launch of the project an important step with a positive impact on the lives and needs of people with disabilities, stressing the need for everyone to stand together in serving this segment.
 Minister Al-Mughalis confirmed that the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance pays most attention to this segment, especially when developing regulations or guides, especially the performance evaluation list, in which one of the standards related to people with disabilities in public services and public facilities has been set so that this category will be treated in particular... expressing the hope that  The culture of caring for people with disabilities is strengthened in all fields.
 He praised the level of services and the discipline of the staff working at the Disabled Fund and their efforts in providing services to the segment of people with special needs.
 At the inauguration in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Labor Relations Sector at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, Ali Qatabri, the Executive Director of the Disabled Fund, Dr. Ali Maghli, reviewed the importance of the project in its second phase, which includes the provision of wheelchairs, artificial limbs, stethoscopes, health services, and educational means for the benefit of people with disabilities in the Municipality of the Capital and the governorates.
 He stated that the project comes within the framework of a package of service projects carried out by the Disabled Fund, in addition to its role in supporting economic empowerment projects, administrative reforms, building the capabilities of workers, and completing many regulations, regulations, and an automated system that will enable the improvement of services and the ease of obtaining them with the highest quality and the shortest time.
 For his part, President of the National Union of the Disabled, Abdullah Bunyan, considered the inauguration of the project, which includes multiple services, a positive initiative in light of the suffering that people with disabilities are experiencing due to the aggression and siege.
 He appreciated the efforts of the Fund’s leadership in improving the provision of various services to people with disabilities and field visits to the governorates to touch on the needs of people with disabilities there and provide services to them and to the associations working in them.
 The inauguration was attended by the Deputy Executive Director of the Disabled Fund, Mr. Othman Al-Salawi.
