Article (16): A- The Fund shall have a Board of Directors formed as follows:-
1- The Minister as Chairman.
2- Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor for the Social Welfare Sector as Vice President.
3- The competent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance Member.
4- The relevant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Development Member.
5- Three businessmen members.
6- Three of the leadership of the National Union of Yemeni Disabled Associations are members.
7- The Fund’s Executive Director, Member and Rapporteur.
B- Members from businessmen and from the leadership of the National Union of Yemeni Disabled Associations are nominated by the Minister after coordination with the relevant authorities, and a decision is issued by the Prime Minister to appoint them.
