 The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research discusses with the leadership of the Disabled Fund the mechanism for implementing the national strategy for persons with disabilities for the ministry, universities, and sectors affiliated with the ministry.
 The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the caretaker government, Sheikh Hussein Hazib, during his meeting with the leadership of the Disabled Fund, affirmed the commitment of the Ministry and its affiliated sectors to implementing the executive matrix of the National Strategy for Persons with Disabilities as a religious and national responsibility, and given the importance of educating persons with disabilities and integrating them into society, he came  This took place in the consultative meeting held between the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Scientific Affairs, the Fund for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled, and the monitoring and follow-up team to implement the national strategy for persons with disabilities.

 Hazib touched on the necessity of activating and implementing the national strategy in all sectors and ministries and applying it on the ground so that its results and outputs are sought by all persons with disabilities.
 In turn, Dr. Ali Nasser Maghli, Executive Director of the Fund for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled, appreciated the Minister of Higher Education's interest in the segment of persons with disabilities, noting that Hazib is one of the first to implement the laws and legislation related to this category and one of those who interact and advocate for its implementation, including the right to employment.
 Maghli added that Sheikh Hussein Hazib's visit to the Fund's headquarters demonstrates his great interest in this group in implementing the matrix of the national strategy for people with disabilities, which falls within the tasks of the Ministry of Higher Education and all its affiliated agencies, indicating the great importance of implementing the national strategy for people with disabilities, which defines the tasks of each body.
 In turn, Mr. Othman Al-Salawi, Deputy Executive Director of the Fund and Head of the Monitoring and Follow-up Team for Implementing the Strategy, reviewed the steps and achievements that have been made in implementing the strategy in a number of entities and the follow-up and evaluation of these entities and submitting reports on the level of implementation for each entity, indicating that the Ministry of Higher Education is one of the entities that carried out studies, plans and proposals.
