handicap Care and rehabilitation fund -sanaa -yemen

With funding from the handicap Care and rehabilitation fund -sanaa -yemen and to ease the burden on their families, the Yemeni Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Blind launched today the distribution of school uniforms and bags for students of Al-Diya School for the Blind in Al- Hodeidah.

Mohammed Suleiman Hulaisi,  Deputy Governor of the province, praised the efforts of the association and the school in educating and rehabilitating the blind, emphasizing the importance of continued support for this group.

The association’s chairman, Othman Ma'ruf, and its secretary-general, Jamal Al-Hatami, expressed their appreciation for the support of the Disability Care and Rehabilitation Fund, highlighting the need for ongoing assistance for more than 500 blind individuals.

The launch event was attended by several officials and concerned parties.
