Disability Care Fund - Sana'a

The Disability Care and Rehabilitation Fund announces its intention to issue public tenders No. (1, 2) for the year 2024 as follows:

These tenders will be financed from the budget of the Disability Care and Rehabilitation Fund for the financial year 2024.

Interested parties wishing to participate in these tenders should submit their written requests during official working hours to the following address:

Disability Care and Rehabilitation Fund / Capital Secretariat – Sheraton Street, behind the Unity Building / Financial Affairs – Procurement and Inventory Management Department, to purchase and receive the tender documents for the specified amount above, which is non-refundable.

The last date for selling the documents is 23/07/2024.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with a wax seal to the specified address, clearly marked with the Fund's name, tender name, tender number, and the name of the bidder. The following documents must be included:

A bank guarantee in the same format specified in the tender documents, which is unconditional, or an acceptable payment check for the specified amount and validity period as per the table above.

A copy of the registration certificate (commercial registration + store license) that is valid.

A copy of the sales tax certificate + valid tax card.

A copy of the insurance card + valid zakat card.

A copy of the practice certificate from the Supreme Authority for Medicines that is valid.

Manufacturers and producers must not be affiliated with the countries of the boycott or countries violating Islamic sanctities (American, Israeli, Swedish, Dutch, Danish, British).

Foreign companies are exempt from providing the aforementioned certificates and cards; it is sufficient to provide the legal qualification documents issued by the countries to which those companies belong.

The last date for receiving bids and opening envelopes is as specified above. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned to their respective owners in the condition they were submitted.

Envelopes will be opened at the Fund's premises mentioned above (meeting hall / second floor) in the presence of bidders or their officially authorized representatives.

Interested parties wishing to participate in this tender can review the tender documents before purchasing them during working hours for the permitted period of selling tender documents for 25 days from the date of the first advertisement publication.
